EMDR therapist and humanitarian professional
I hold a B.A. degree in Clinical Psychology from the Aix-Marseille University (2026) and I specialized in EMDR therapy through a two-year certification with the Centre Azuréen d’EMDR (2026).
Prior to these training, I worked for over a decade with international aid work organizations across several countries affected by ongoing war, devastating natural disasters, and forced displacement.
Throughout this career, I have developed protection, mental health, and psychosocial support programs in conflict-affected settings. Over the years, I have observed the effects of chronic stress, trauma, and repeated exposure to suffering on both people affected by the situation, and the teams working to support them.
This experience informs my practice today.
It allows me to understand from the inside the realities of professional commitment, expatriation, life transitions, and international career paths. It has also shown me, through my work with people affected by crises, how systemic violence and discrimination hinder recovery, which is why I now pay close attention to the collective dimensions of suffering.
I also hold a B.A. and a Master's degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris (2012; 2014).
Professional Supervision and Networks
The quality of support also depends on not working in isolation. My practice is supervised, and I participate in several peer supervision groups, including a feminist peer supervision group. I am a member of the Feminist Therapy Network and am involved in support networks for humanitarian professionals, including The Mind Field and CoCreate Humanity.
