Integrative Therapy & EMDR in Marseille and online
Sometimes, certain experiences continue to affect us long after they have occurred.
A difficult event, violence, prolonged exposure to stress, burnout, bereavement, separation, or significant life changes can leave lasting marks on our emotional well-being, our relationships, and the way we relate to ourselves, to others and to the world.
I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing the effects of trauma, whether related to a single event or to an accumulation of distressing experiences over time.
My practice is informed by current knowledge on psychotrauma and draws particularly on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a recognized therapeutic approach that helps process distressing experiences and reduce their impact on the present.
It is also grounded in a feminist perspective, acknowledging that individual experiences are also shaped not only by personal history but also by social, relational, and political context we live in.
I welcome you into an open, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you don't have to justify who you are or what you have experienced. Each session is shaped together with you, respecting your story, your needs, and your pace.
I offer consultations in my office in Marseille and online, in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Who am I?
I hold a degree in psychology and trained in EMDR at the Centre Azuréen d'EMDR. Before that, I spent over ten years working in the humanitarian sector, in crisis contexts, alongside people facing violence, forced displacement, or complex and repeated trauma. This experience now informs my practice, both in my understanding of complex trauma and in supporting people navigating international careers, expatriation, or high-exposure professional environments.
My practice is supervised, and I take part in several peer supervision groups, including a feminist one. I am also a member of the Feminist Therapy Network and involved in support networks for humanitarian professionals, including The Mind Field and CoCreate Humanity.
My approach
My practice is integrative. I draw on the person-centered approach, existential therapy, and current understanding of psychological trauma. EMDR holds a particular place in this work, as a tool for reprocessing difficult experiences.
My approach is also feminist and intersectional. I pay attention to power dynamics, discrimination, and minority stress, within an inclusive space.
