Approche affirmative en psychothérapie auprès des personnes LGBTQ+ – Psycho Pap [FR]: This mini-guide presents the fundamental principles of affirmative LGBTQIA+ psychotherapy. It emphasizes that affirmative practice is not simply about being free from discrimination, but about actively acknowledging the effects of heteronormativity, minority stress, and experiences of stigmatization on mental health.

La ligne d'écoute de la Fondation Le Refuge [FR]: intended for LGBTQIA+ youth in distress, this helpline is accessible by phone or text message at 09 39 03 63 03 , every day from 8 a.m. to midnight. Trained volunteers in compassionate listening offer an initial space for support, assess the situation, and, when necessary, refer callers to appropriate support services, accommodation, or resources.
SOS Homophobie – Ligne d'écoute et de soutien [FR]: an anonymous and confidential listening line for people facing LGBTQIA+ discrimination or violence.
